Oak & Ink currently offers delivery within Belgium and free local pickup in Wilrijk, Antwerp.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days exclude weekends and Belgian public holidays.

During particularly busy periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing or delivery may take longer.

Shipping Within Belgium

Shipping within Belgium starts from €7.10.

The exact shipping charge is calculated during checkout based on the total shipment weight.

The applicable shipping cost will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

The 1–2 business day period stated above refers to our normal order preparation and dispatch time and does not guarantee the carrier's delivery time.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, actual delivery times may vary.

Free Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Wilrijk, Antwerp.

Select the Pickup option during checkout to avoid shipping charges.

You will receive confirmation when your order is ready for collection.

Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.

Pickup details are provided during checkout and/or in your order communications.
